Full management packages

Every package includes tenant selection, rent collection, video inspections every three months, annual accounting and our 24/7 after-hours line. The difference is what's in the fee and what's charged as it comes up.

Platinum

Everything in one fee and no extra invoices. Letting, marketing, inspections, Healthy Homes, insulation and Tribunal are all included. For landlords with several properties, owners living overseas, or anyone who wants to hand the whole thing over.

Ray White Choice: for landlords who manage their own

Keep control, and call us in for the parts you'd rather not do. Ask us for pricing.

Casual letting

We find and set up the tenant for you: marketing, viewings, checks, the tenancy agreement, Healthy Homes and insulation statements, and the bond. Includes the move-in inspection.

Move-in inspection

A detailed condition report with photos before the tenancy starts, within 3 working days, plus any maintenance or compliance recommendations.

Routine inspections

About every 12 weeks, with notice to your tenant, and a report with photos within 5 working days.

Rent management and arrears support

We collect the rent and pay it to you, keep the rent ledger your tenant is entitled to, send end-of-year statements, and take you through arrears the right way.

Project and maintenance management

We organise repairs and projects at your property with trusted local tradespeople.
